    At 11:00 am, Saturday July 28, 2018, Debbie Chapman officially launches her campaign for Ward 9 City Councillor, Kitchener. The launch will be held at the City Cafe Bakery at the corner of West and Victoria at 11 am. Last time Chapman ran, she lost the seat to Frank Etherington by one (1) vote.
